Meet Raspberry the Silkie Bantam Rooster. We call him Raspberry because of the colouring of his wattle and comb. Raspberry just walked in to the zoo one day and has never left. You will meet him as you come through the Education Centre.

Raspberry spends his days near the Lion enclosure and sleeps beside Jumbo the elephants house. You can feed him, other chickens and roosters, ducks , doves, peacocks and pigeons. Food for them is available for purchase from the shop.
